Important Notes on Shipping:
- To qualify for "Free Shipping on Orders Over $99" the order must be accepted for a minimum of $99 in product(s) and the ship to address must be within the Continental United States (Domestic Orders) otherwise our standard charges for shipping still apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada orders.
- ALL orders may take up to 5-10 business days for order processing and fulfillment.
- Please note: All orders placed with SilverTowne are subject to review by the Company’s Credit and Review Committee. If an order is flagged for review for any reason, there may be a short delay in processing your order. SilverTowne reserves the right and may require alternate payment methods for orders meeting certain criteria. We appreciate your understanding, as we seek to provide you with the best possible customer service.
- We cannot accept orders shipping to mailbox rental stores. If an order is placed to a location of this sort, we will void/refund the order.
- We do not accept Credit Card or PayPal orders over the amount of $2,500; if an order is over this amount, we require a check/wire payment method.
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping & handling charges due to excessively heavy packages when necessary.
- Any extra charges incurred by SilverTowne for shipments to countries outside of the United States are the responsibility of the receiving party. (Customers are responsible for all 'taxes and duties' incurred upon shipment by government regulations, ie Canada.)
