How to Place Your Order on SilverTowne.com
A step-by-step guide to placing your order on the SilverTowne website.
- Browse the SilverTowne website to locate items you are interested in purchasing.
- Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button from the product’s page, category page or home page to add the item of interest to your shopping cart.
- As you continue to browse the site, you can review your cart from any page on the site via the mini-cart that pops up each time you add to your card, or you can click on the cart icon in the top menu bar.
- To edit and review your shopping cart, click on the green ‘Checkout’ button located in the mini-cart, or click the ‘My Cart’ link located underneath the "My Account" or "YOUR NAME" in top left.
- From the shopping cart page, you will be able to:
- edit quantities of the items in your cart (and/or remove items)
- enter order notes or special instructions regarding your order
- apply any special coupon codes you may have received
- Once you have reviewed your cart and are satisfied with its contents, click the green ‘Checkout Now’ button to proceed with your order.
From the Secure Checkout page, you will finalize your order information.
Checkout Steps – New Customers Not Using PayPal:
- Enter an email address you would like to register for your order – click ‘Save’.
- Enter a password for your account. – click ‘Create Account’.
- Enter your Shipping Address/Billing Address information – click ‘Add Address’ and enter in all the required fields.
- Select shipping method (if all items in your cart qualify for free shipping, this option will be automatically selected for you as the standard “flat rate” option) customers shipping outside of the Continental US will have an option to select and customers without a minimum $99 cart, will have a Flat Rate selection to choose.
- Select payment type (Credit Card or Check By Mail or Wire*). *Minimum order total of $1,000 for wire payment method option.
- Regardless of your payment selection, you will need to enter a valid Credit Card, click the green "Submit" button. For credit card payment, the full order total will be charged, for Check or Wire payment selection, 10% of your order total will be place on 'hold' on your credit card to secure your order.
- Review your cart items and make sure you have what you want in your cart.
- Enter in any special offer codes, when applicable. Click "Add" button.
- Enter in any special order notes, when applicable. Be sure to click "Save Order Notes" button for them to appear on order.
- Review your order summary for totals.
- Verify you are over 13 years of age by clicking the check box.
- Select your email preference. If you'd like to receive promotional emails and deals offers, click the check box, if not, leave blank.
- Click the green ‘Place Order’ button (your order is not complete until you click this button).
- Your order is now complete. You will be routed to a Thank You page with your order details and a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
1) Login by entering your registered email address and password – click ‘SUBMIT’.
2) Review your shipping address information to make sure it is correct (if changes are needed click ‘EDIT’ and make the necessary changes, then click ‘NEXT’).
3) Select shipping method (if all items in your cart qualify for free shipping, this option will be automatically selected for you as the standard “flat rate” option).
4) Select payment type (credit card/PayPal or wire/check for 3% discount).
5) Verify billing address is the same as shipping address, or enter new billing address (billing address must match address on file with your credit card company to place order).
6) Enter payment information (or edit existing information) – click ‘NEXT’.
7) Click the green ‘CLICK TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER’ button (your order is not complete until you click that button).
8) Your order is now complete. You will be routed to a Thank You page with your order details and a receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
