As the Sales Manager for The Coin Vault Preferred Customer Division, I feel privileged to serve you and look forward to the prospect of continuing to do so in the upcoming year. I'm genuinely thankful to work for a company that understands the importance of family during the holidays, allowing me to create my own special memories. Wishing you and your loved ones a holiday season filled with warmth, laughter, and the creation of beautiful memories, and a Happy New Year ahead!” -Warm Regards, Leah Williams, Sales Manager for The Coin Vault’s Preferred Customer Division (SilverTowne’s subsidiary company)
“Life is busy coaching volleyball and basketball and working. It is sometimes tough to spend time with family and friends. When Christmas comes around it's time to take a break and enjoy what's most important, spending time with family and friends. When I was a kid, we used to make hard candy and it left the house smelling amazing with cinnamon and peppermint and we haven't done that in years. So, this year I got a call from mom, and we believe we are going to make time and make hard candy. So excited! Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!” -Eric Clear, Preferred Customer Division representative for The Coin Vault (SilverTowne’s subsidiary company)
“This year I'm trying to reflect and be grateful for all my blessings. It's easy to get caught up in the craziness of the holidays, but the most important thing to me is the health of my family and friends. I think it's important to focus on those around you and enjoy your time together this holiday season! I wish everyone in The Coin Vault family a Merry Christmas and a happy 2024!” -Brett Carlson, Preferred Customer Division representative for The Coin Vault (SilverTowne’s subsidiary company)
“As my daughters are getting older and creating a life on their own, I am thankful we are healthy, happy, safe and get to spend Christmas together. I am also thankful for all of the amazing friends I have gained over the last few years working here at The Coin Vault. Not only the great people I work with, but my customers who I have come to know and care about. This time of year is not about the gifts, it's about the time spent living in the moment, hearing laughter, and making memories. In our home, Christmas Eve will be spent baking a cake with my daughters to celebrate the birth of Jesus on Christmas morning. The world is always changing but the message will remain the same. I pray that all of my friends and family have a wonderful Christmas and this next year brings you joy, laughter, and great health. God Bless.” -Andie James & family, Preferred Customer Division representative for The Coin Vault (SilverTowne’s subsidiary company)
“One of my special Christmas memories is always going to my Grandma and Grandpa Henderickson house on Christmas Eve. And now watching my kids (Emmaline and Tillman) wake up early and so excited to see if Santa came. I am so blessed to have such amazing employees and be a part of the 3rd generation of the family owned and operated business. Grandma and Grandpa Henderickson would be so proud of everybody. I wish everybody a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.” -Brock Abel CEO/Owner
“One of my fondest memories when I look back over the years is when my brothers and I were young and coming home after Christmas Eve service at church, putting out our cookies and milk and our parents rushing us off to get in bed so Santa could come. We were all just so excited that presents from Santa would be under the tree the next morning. My brother Corey and I shared a room when we were little and his bed was along the wall that you could see down the stairs when the door was open and if you leaned really close to the wall you could just see the lights of the Christmas tree and on that night, he would let me sit at the end of his bed so I could see downstairs too. We tried to stay up, but we would eventually fall asleep. There was one Christmas I can remember it like it was yesterday that we heard sleigh bells outside of our window and we looked at each other like did you hear that too? When we couldn’t take it any longer the four of us would go wake up mom and dad, it was usually 5-5:30 in the morning. We’d run downstairs in our matching pajamas (this was before that was even a thing) and wait for mom and dad. Mom would make us stand in front of the Christmas tree and get pictures before we could open presents, then we would spend the rest of the day playing together with our new toys. I will always cherish these memories it makes my heart smile to picture them in my mind.” -Missy Pearson, Purchasing Agent
“My favorite childhood Christmas memory is my family and another family would always drive around on Christmas Eve and look at the Christmas lights. Us kids in the back were ooohing and aaahing over Christmas lights and singing Christmas songs.” -Nikki Cox, Sales Manager/Front Counter
“During the holiday season, I take a moment to reflect on my blessings. I strongly believe that we can make our days more meaningful by bringing a touch of positivity to the lives of those going through challenges. It's an opportunity to reach out to those facing difficulties and make their holidays a bit brighter. I'm grateful for the journey with The Coin Vault and the chance to build connections with my clients. I look forward to the new opportunities the upcoming year will bring for more meaningful connections.” -Codey Lipps, Preferred Customer Division representative for The Coin Vault (SilverTowne’s subsidiary company)
“If I have to be honest, Christmas is not usually my favorite holiday. However, this year is a little different. I get to spend this Christmas with my mom. She lives in Texas and even though we have seen each other within the past few years, it has been almost 20 years since we have spent Christmas together. Along with seeing her I also will get to be with the rest of my Texas family---my 95-year-old grandmother, aunts, uncles & cousins. To say I am excited is an understatement! I want to take a moment to thank my wonderful work family! I am thankful to work with amazing people and an amazing company that also treats you like one of their own. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!!” -Dorrey McCoy, Preferred Customer Division representative for The Coin Vault (SilverTowne’s subsidiary company)
“Christmas is a little different for me this year. After my routine mammogram in October, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I could not have been more surprised. While Christmas this year won’t be parties, shopping, or family gatherings for me, I will still be celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Even in adversity, I have so much to celebrate because of Him. Through growing in His grace and studying His Word consistently, I am able to face cancer and treatment with no fear. “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” (Philippians 4:13) I am so very grateful for the love and support of my family, friends and my work family at SilverTowne. All have been and continue to be a huge blessing in this adversity.” -Vickie Wilson, Graphic Designer/Web
“I have worked a lot of jobs in my lifetime, and I can say SilverTowne/The Coin Vault is the best company I have ever worked for. I love that it is a small family-oriented company who truly cares about their employees and shows it often. When I come to work, I get to be with my 'family.’ We support one another through good and bad times, work great as a team, and even find time to pull a few pranks on each other. Christmas time is very busy around here, but everyone still takes time to decorate, play Christmas music, and do some fun activities. I enjoy helping our customers in any way I can, whether it be helping them fix an issue, or finding what they need/want. I love to give them a hard time sometimes. This year for Christmas I am more interested in being with my family more than anything and I hope 2024 is a better year.” -Heather Hays, Customer Service Specialist for The Coin Vault (SilverTowne’s subsidiary company)
“It has been a big year for me personally, which makes the holidays feel a little different this time. I can still say, however, that I’m truly grateful for the support and stability that this company has given me for the last nine years. I’m lucky to work at such a family-oriented company. I look forward to the new year ahead. And to my family at home, I love you more than you’ll ever know. I couldn’t do it without you.” -Kristine Arnold, Content Specialist for SilverTowne/The Coin Vault
“One of my favorite Christmas memories is of my first Christmas with Brien. We took the kids to Sickles Tree Farm to cut down our first Christmas tree. We found out quickly after we got the tree home, the tree looks a lot smaller in the field. The tree took up half our living room and we had to anchor it to the wall. Best Christmas ever.” -Valerie Gibson, Painter/Enameler
