Obverse:  Commemorating 9/11 on this for those that lost their lives for our country. Forever In Our Hearts medallion honors the 343 firefighters and the 42 EMS that lost their lives. The design includes the Firefighters and Medical/EMS emblems with the number of the lives lost below each and "ALWAYS REMEMBERED", with an American Flag in the background, the words "FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS" curves around the top, and the date of the attack "9-11-01" curves around the bottom of the design.

Reverse:  A memorialized design of the Twin Towers and the New York skyline. The inscription above the towers states 0848 & 0906, 11 September 2001 (the times and date that the towers were struck by aircraft in the control of terrorists). Inscribed under the skyline is the weight and purity designation of ".999 AG 1 TO" (.999 silver 1 troy ounce).
