Bank Wires Now Accepted
We at SilverTowne are always looking for ways to make shopping for coins and bullion more convenient. With this goal in mind, we are happy to announce that we are now accepting bank wire transfers for orders of $1000 or more. Due to less risk and overhead of wire transfer payments, we are also able to pass along a small discount on items ordered via this payment method.
As you shop www.silvertowne.com you will notice on all product detail pages on the site that there is a wire transfer price and a credit card or PayPal price. This allows you to see the wire transfer discount that will apply to each item if you choose wire transfer as your payment type.
Please keep in mind that if you choose to pay via wire transfer a 10% authorization hold is required on your credit card in order to hold your items and lock in the prices. The 10% will only be captured (charged) to your card if you fail to send your wire transfer to SilverTowne within 5 business days of your order being confirmed. Once we receive your wire transfer payment the 10% will be voided from your card. Some financial institutions offer a set number of wire transfers per month at no charge to their customers, but keep in mind that an additional wire transfer fee from your bank may apply. Please check with your bank, credit union or other financial institution for details.

Once you submit an order with wire transfer selected as your payment method, you will receive instructions in your receipt on how to send the wire transfer to SilverTowne. There will also be a link included in your order receipt that we recommend you visit in order to enter your wire confirmation number provided to you by your financial institution to expedite the processing of your shipment.
